If you receive an apron with a manufacturing defect, defective fabric, or if we have accidentally sent you the wrong product, you are eligible for an exchange or return.
For all manufacturing defects or wrong-product deliveries, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
In case of defective fabric issues, you may raise an exchange/return request within 90 days of delivery.
Once your request is received, our customer care team will arrange a pick-up within 48 hours. After we receive the returned apron and verify the issue, your exchange or refund will be processed within 48 hours. The refunded amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.
Personalized Aprons:
Aprons customised with embroidered emojis, names, initials, or logos cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product delivered has a manufacturing defect or is incorrect.
We currently do not support international exchanges or returns.
For purchases made through marketplaces other than www.enim.in, return/exchange requests must be raised directly on the respective marketplace platform.
Alterations, Exchange & Return Policy
Since our aprons are free-size and not subject to alterations, the “Alterations Policy” does not apply to apron products.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the case of a manufacturing defect, defective fabric, or if we have accidentally sent you the wrong product.
On receipt of your request, our customer service representative will have the product collected within 48 hours. On receipt of your returned products, our quality team will check the product, we clear your refund within 48 hours from the date of receipt of returned
products. The amount of refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account as the case may be.
However, please note that personalized denim aprons are not eligible for refunds, as they are custom-made as per your chosen embroidery and personalisation.
