Since each Enim is made specially for you, we take a small advance of ₹500 to confirm your order and avoid casual or last-minute cancellations. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

• Fair & sustainable pricing – Fewer cancellations reduce wastage of fabric, packaging, and fuel, helping keep prices fair for everyone.

How It Works

1) Add to Cart – Shop normally and proceed to checkout.
2) Select “Partial COD” – The system will ask for the advance payment.
3) Pay ₹500 – Secure payment via UPI, card, or net banking.
4) Order Confirmation – You’ll receive an email/message showing ₹500 paid and the balance due.
5) Pay on Delivery – Pay the remaining balance in cash when your order arrives.

Important to Remember

• The ₹500 is fully deducted from your total order amount.
• If the parcel is declined or payment is refused at delivery, the advance becomes non-refundable to cover return shipping costs.
• If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will alter it for free or refund the full amount, including the ₹500, as per our Return Policy.
• If Enim cancels the order (e.g., item sold out), your ₹500 will be refunded to your original payment method.
• If you cancel the order before production starts, you will receive a full refund.
