Since each Enim is made specially for you, we take a small advance of ₹ 99 to confirm your order and avoid casual or last-minute cancellations. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

How It Works

1. Add to Cart — Shop normally and proceed to checkout.
2. Select “Partial COD” — The system will ask for the advance payment.
3. Pay ₹ 99 — Secure payment via UPI, card, or net banking.
4. Order Confirmation — You’ll receive an email/message showing ₹ 99 paid and the balance due.
5. Pay on Delivery — Pay the remaining balance in cash when your order arrives.

Important to Remember

• The ₹ 99 is fully deducted from your total order amount.
• If the parcel is declined or payment is refused at delivery, the advance becomes non-refundable to cover return shipping costs.
• If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will alter it for free or refund the full amount, including the ₹ 99, as per our Return Policy.
• If Enim cancels the order (e.g., item sold out), your ₹99 will be refunded to your original payment method.
• If you cancel the order before production starts, you will receive a full refund.
