By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of 'Majority' in your state or

given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for
any objectionable, illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your
jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code
of a destructive nature by the use of our products or services. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will
result in an immediate termination of your Services.

How do I create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

How do i book a virtual meeting with the Fit Stylist?

You can set up a virtual session with our Fit Stylist by visiting our website and clicking on the "Talk To Fit Stylist" in the top menu bar on the right side, or clicking here. You'll select the day and time that work for you, and enter your contact information.

You will receive a confirmation via email with a Google calendar invite for the day and time selected. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just follow the links provided in the email.

When its time for your session, you can join the meeting by clicking "Join with Google Meet" button in the event notes in your calendar, or clicking on the "Join with Google Meet" link in the confirmation email.

What happens during the virtaul session with our Fit Stylist?

When you sign in to the virtual session, you will be greeted by one of our Fit Stylists. They will ask you a few questions about what you're looking for in your perfect pair of jeans, common fit issues that you run into, and how you usually wear your jeans. They may also ask you to take some measurements to help determine size, body shape, and inseam.

We'll explain and answer any questions you have about all of the different options we provide for your jeans, and walk you through the process of building your jeans on our website.
