Since each Enim is made specially for you, we take a small advance of ₹ 299 to confirm your order and avoid casual or last-minute cancellations. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

Genuine intent — A small advance confirms your order and reduces last-minute refusals.
Fair & sustainable pricing — Fewer cancellations reduce wastage of fabric, packaging, and fuel.

How It Works

Add to Cart — Shop normally and proceed to checkout.
Select “Partial COD” — The system will ask for the advance payment.
Pay ₹ 299 — Secure payment via UPI, card, or net banking.
Order Confirmation — You’ll receive an email/message showing ₹ 299 paid and the balance due.
Pay on Delivery — Pay the remaining balance in cash when your order arrives.

Important to Remember

The ₹ 299 is fully deducted from your total order amount.
If the parcel is declined or payment is refused at delivery, the advance becomes non-refundable to cover return shipping costs.
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will alter it for free or refund the full amount, including the ₹ 299, as per our Return Policy.
If Enim cancels the order (e.g., item sold out), your ₹299 will be refunded to your original payment method.
If you cancel the order before production starts, you will receive a full refund.

We want this pair of Jeans to be your absolute favorite, so if you've not gotten what you expected, don't worry. We're happy to alter your jeans within 15 days of receiving them. If you're still unhappy with the alteration experience, we will make a new pair of Jeans that matches your needs to the last detail.

Alterations, Returns and Refund Policy

We make the utmost effort to satisfy all our customers and guarantee through free alterations. In order to make this a smooth and hassle free process, we have defined the policy and procedures for all customers. We look forward to serving you and getting you a great fitting pair of jeans.

Alterations Policy

We offer free alterations on every order. The request for an alteration needs to be logged in within 15 days of delivery of the product. As all our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Our free alterations are completed within 7-10 days from the date of your request to delivery. You can request an alteration by filling in the form on this link.
An alteration request is considered to be valid only on receipt of all the required information requested by our customer care representative (including images requested to assess the alteration required). If any of the information is not received within the timelines specified, the Company has the right to reject the alteration request.
In case your address falls in the 'Non Serviceable' category, you can courier the jeans to our office address and we will refund the shipping charges to you.
For all products purchased from any website/ marketplace other than www.enim.in , we cannot offer any direct alterations/ exchanges/ returns/ refunds. This will have to be requested directly with the website/ marketplace from where the order was placed.

Exchange / Return Policy

Since we custom make pants, we only accept an exchange / return if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, a product with defective fabric or the wrong product.
All exchange or return requests related to receiving the wrong product or manufacturing defects should be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
All exchange or return requests related to defective fabrics should be made within 90 days of receiving the product.

On receipt of your email, our customer service representative will have the product collected within 48 Hours. How does Enim get my fit right without me visiting a store?

Customers can choose their size through Enim’s sizing process, share their own body or garment measurements, get measurement assistance from a Fit Stylist, or use a well-fitting pair through Clone My Jeans. Your measurements are also confirmed before production.

What happens if my Enim doesn’t fit perfectly?

Your Enim is covered by our Perfect Fit Guarantee. If the fit isn’t right, we’ll alter it free of charge. If an alteration still doesn’t resolve the fit, we’ll remake the garment for you. Alteration requests currently need to be raised within 15 days of delivery.

Do I need to know my exact measurements before ordering?

No. You can start with your usual waist size, height/inseam and body profile, or choose custom measurements. If you’re unsure, you can also get assistance from an Enim Fit Stylist

Will my jeans shrink or fade after washing?

Our denim is prepared to minimise unexpected shrinkage. Like all quality denim, some fabrics may naturally soften or develop subtle fading with wear and washing. Following our care instructions will help your Enim retain its fit and appearance for longer.

How long does a custom-made Enim take to arrive?

Every Enim is made specifically for you. Your estimated dispatch and delivery timeline is shown when you place your order, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes. Enim currently offers Partial COD: a small advance is paid when placing the order and the remaining amount is paid on delivery.

Can I reorder using the same measurements?

Yes. Once you’ve found your Enim fit, your measurements are saved. For future orders, you can reuse them or make minor adjustments before ordering again.

Can I return a custom-made Enim?

Because every Enim is made specifically for you, standard returns and exchanges don't work the same way as ready-made clothing. Instead, Enim offers free alterations under the Perfect Fit Guarantee. Returns/exchanges are available in cases such as manufacturing defects, defective fabric or receiving an incorrect product, subject to the policy.
