Since each Enim is made specially for you, we take a small advance of ₹ 299 to confirm your order and avoid casual or last-minute cancellations. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

Genuine intent — A small advance confirms your order and reduces last-minute refusals.
Fair & sustainable pricing — Fewer cancellations reduce wastage of fabric, packaging, and fuel.

How It Works

Select “Partial COD” — The system will ask for the advance payment.
Pay ₹ 299 — Secure payment via UPI, card, or net banking.
Order Confirmation — You’ll receive an email/message showing ₹ 299 paid and the balance due.
Pay on Delivery — Pay the remaining balance in cash when your order arrives.

Important to Remember

The ₹ 299 is fully deducted from your total order amount.
If the parcel is declined or payment is refused at delivery, the advance becomes non-refundable to cover return shipping costs.
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will alter it for free or refund the full amount, including the ₹ 299, as per our Return Policy.
If Enim cancels the order (e.g., item sold out), your ₹299 will be refunded to your original payment method.

We make the utmost effort to satisfy all our customers and guarantee through free alterations. In order to make this a smooth and hassle free process, we have defined the policy and procedures for all customers. We look forward to serving you and getting you a great fitting pair of jeans.

Alterations Policy

We offer free alterations on every order. The request for an alteration needs to be logged in within 15 days of delivery of the product. As all our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Our free alterations are completed within 7-10 days from the date of your request to delivery. You can request an alteration by filling in the form on this link.
An alteration request is considered to be valid only on receipt of all the required information requested by our customer care representative (including images requested to assess the alteration required). If any of the information is not received within the timelines specified, the Company has the right to reject the alteration request.
In case your address falls in the 'Non Serviceable' category, you can courier the jeans to our office address and we will refund the shipping charges to you.
For all products purchased from any website/ marketplace other than www.enim.in , we cannot offer any direct alterations/ exchanges/ returns/ refunds. This will have to be requested directly with the website/ marketplace from where the order was placed.

Exchange / Return Policy

Since we custom make pants, we only accept an exchange / return if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, a product with defective fabric or the wrong product.
All exchange or return requests related to receiving the wrong product or manufacturing defects should be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
All exchange or return requests related to defective fabrics should be made within 90 days of receiving the product.

On receipt of your email, our customer service representative will have the product collected within 48 Hours. International exchanges/ returns will not be processed.
