Important to Remember

The ₹ 299 is fully deducted from your total order amount.
If the parcel is declined or payment is refused at delivery, the advance becomes non-refundable to cover return shipping costs.
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will alter it for free or refund the full amount, including the ₹ 299, as per our Return Policy.
If Enim cancels the order (e.g., item sold out), your ₹299 will be refunded to your original payment method.
If you cancel the order before production starts, you will receive a full refund.

We want this pair of Jeans to be your absolute favorite, so if you've not gotten what you expected, don't worry. We're happy to alter your jeans within 15 days of receiving them. If you're still unhappy with the alteration experience, we will make a new pair of Jeans that matches your needs to the last detail.

Alterations, Returns and Refund Policy

We make the utmost effort to satisfy all our customers and guarantee through free alterations. In order to make this a smooth and hassle free process, we have defined the policy and procedures for all customers. We look forward to serving you and getting you a great fitting pair of jeans.

Alterations Policy

We offer free alterations on every order. The request for an alteration needs to be logged in within 15 days of delivery of the product. As all our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Our free alterations are completed within 7-10 days from the date of your request to delivery. You can request an alteration by filling in the form on this link.
An alteration request is considered to be valid only on receipt of all the required information requested by our customer care representative (including images requested to assess the alteration required). If any of the information is not received within the timelines specified, the Company has the right to reject the alteration request.
In case your address falls in the 'Non Serviceable' category, you can courier the jeans to our office address and we will refund the shipping charges to you.
For all products purchased from any website/ marketplace other than www.enim.in , we cannot offer any direct alterations/ exchanges/ returns/ refunds. This will have to be requested directly with the website/ marketplace from where the order was placed.

Exchange / Return Policy

Since we custom make pants, we only accept an exchange / return if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, a product with defective fabric or the wrong product.
All exchange or return requests related to receiving the wrong product or manufacturing defects should be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
All exchange or return requests related to defective fabrics should be made within 90 days of receiving the product.

On receipt of your email, our customer service representative will have the product collected within 48 Hours. On receipt of your returned products, our quality team will check the product, we clear your Refund within 48 hours from the date of receipt of returned products. The amount of refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account as the case may be.
International exchanges/ returns will not be processed.

What is Enim Ready-made Collection?

Enim Ready-made is our collection of pre-made jeans available in standard waist and inseam combinations. They give you the Enim fabrics and fits without the wait for a custom-made pair.

How do I know which Ready-made size to choose?

Choose your waist size first, then select the available inseam for that size. If you're unsure about your waist size, refer to our Waist Guide. If you already own a pair that fits you well, you can also use its measurements as a reference. Important: Ready-made sizes are fixed, so if your measurements fall between sizes or you need a specific waist-to-inseam combination that isn't available, we recommend going Custom-made.

What waist sizes are available in Ready-made?

Ready-made styles are available in a range of standard waist sizes, depending on the individual product. Select your preferred waist size on the product or collection page to see the styles available in that size.

What inseam lengths are available?

Ready-made jeans are available in selected inseam lengths, depending on the product and size. You can choose from the available inseam options on the product page. If you need an inseam that isn't available, you can always order the same style Custom-made.

What if my waist size is available but my inseam isn't?

No problem. You can switch to Custom-made. With Custom-made, we can make the same style to your required waist and inseam instead of asking you to compromise on proportions.

Can I get Ready-made jeans altered if they don't fit?

Yes. We can alter the Ready-made Jeans if required.

Can I return or exchange a Ready-made product if the size doesn't fit?

Returns/exchanges are available in cases such as manufacturing defects, defective fabric or receiving an incorrect product, subject to the policy.

Are Ready-made jeans made from the same fabrics as Custom-made?

Yes. Ready-made styles use fabrics from the same Enim fabric range, including Stretch and Non-Stretch Denim, depending on the style. The difference is how the garment is sized, not the basic Enim approach to fabric and construction.

Can I choose the fit in Ready-made?

Yes. You only need to select from the available waist and inseam options. However, if you're unsure between two sizes or have proportions that don't usually fit standard sizing, we'd recommend Custom-made for a more precise fit.

Can I reorder the same Ready-made jeans?

Yes. You can reorder the same style as long as your preferred waist and inseam combination is still available. If the combination is no longer available, you can choose the Custom-made version of the style instead.

Why might the colour of my pants look slightly different from the photos?

Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings. Fabric texture can also affect how a shade appears in different light. We make every effort to represent each colour as accurately as possible.

Will my jeans shrink or fade after washing?

Our denim is prepared to minimise unexpected shrinkage. Like all quality denim, some fabrics may naturally soften or develop subtle fading with wear and washing. Following our care instructions will help your Enim retain its fit and appearance for longer.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes. Enim currently offers Partial COD: a small advance is paid when placing the order and the remaining amount is paid on delivery.
